Edridu is a world of magic, curses, and mysteries. Swords, bows, and magic are often the weapons of choice with guns and non-magical computers being non-existent. Magic throughout the kingdoms vary with some trying to learn and record as much as they can, and other focusing on their specializations, honing in on what they are best at and being the best at that of all the kingdoms.

There are currently four major powers amongst the kingdoms of Edridu; Ipica, a place that focuses on knowledge and advancements. Sikar, a place that just does what it can to survive the curse placed upon it and hopefully find a way to be free one day. Drasea, a place that despite living in perpectual winter still manages to thrive. Yinad, a place of secrets and an ever increasing focus on creating great warriors and gaining power.

Powers are constantly creating new alliances, fighting for land and power, starting revolutions, forming and disappearing, shrinking and growing. As the standings of power change, more kingdoms may find themselves in focus as my Kiamaras find homes among the various kingdoms of the world.

The Stevirea is a large spaceship focused on exploration and discovery. Mainly a research vessel but still rigged for a fight if necessary. It is meant for long-term flights and explorations often meaning that its residents are often either split from their families for long periods of time or live aboard the ship with their family. Being a research vessel they often carry tech or have tech installed that other ships may not, putting them at an advantage. The skills of everyone on board range greatly and nearly everyone has a job unless they otherwise can't, such as children or guests they are transporting.
