The Old West, late 19th century.
It all started when a meteor struck the Earth and formed Moo Mesa. This meteor also caused mutations in many animals in the area, leading to the coexistence of both anthropomorphic (mutant) and feral animals. Soon, towns and societies created by these anthropomorphic animals sprouted all across the mesa. Though there were many cowboys in different towns dealing with all sorts of outlaws, corruption and chaos still could not be fully contained.

Carya Woods was burnt down in an intentional fire. All the remaining Guadalupe caracaras on Isla Gilia were shot down. However, the original inhabitants of these two places aren't entirely gone... yet.

A tale of two (almost) extinct birds trying to survive while they face the risks of being the target of discrimination simply for being themselves... as well as this one tag-along madman who they have to put up with from time to time.
