- My designs are only for personal use. You may not use them commercially whatsoever.

- Do NOT scam people with my designs. you will get instantly blacklisted publicly and blocked.

- Do not raffle designs made by me, I am not comfortable with it.

- Credit for a design is only required in references, the toyhouse designer credit and if people ask who the designer is. You may not claim you designed a character design made by me, but if you make edits you can credit yourself as "edits by @ namehere" or something along those lines.

- You must have a toyhouse to own my designs. I have no invitation codes to give out currently, but can help look for one if needed. If a toyhouse profile for my design is not previously setup by me, make sure to credit me as designer with the username "pebbie".

- You may not delete a character off of toyhouse! If you need updated trading rights don't hesitate to contact me and I will gladly help you.

- Do not use my art or designs in relation to nft business whatsoever! This is strictly forbidden!

- You can change anything on the design as you please, go wild and make them more personal or fitting to what you like and enjoy. :^)

- If you redesign them or make sibling designs, when reselling/trading/gifting you must include all versions in the transaction. You may not sell/trade/gift and then keep a copy of the character to yourself as I consider that a scam.

- Co-owning is ok! but please try and reach an agreement regarding the co-owned design peacefully if you have a fallout. I do not wish for my designs to create or be related to feelings of anger, stress, sadness etc. This is not a rule since us humans and our feelings can be very complicated, but more like an encouragement if something becomes difficult in a situation as such.

- *You may only sell a design for a higher price if they have extra art. The added value can only come from works you have put a lot of effort into or from commissioned art by others. To add an example, adding a quick and uncolored sketch and selling them for 100$ more is not fair. I recommend logging the prices of the commissions you buy or the value of the fully rendered pieces you make so it will be accurate/fair when reselling them. However it is ok to give an estimate if you're someone who is not good at keeping organized(for ya'll adhd'ers out there).

*This rule only applies if the character has never been traded or gifted before. See the next rule for info on getting rid of a design by me that was traded or gifted to you.

- *If a character design by me is gifted or traded to you, the design and the art attached to it are void of all value. You can trade them freely for art and ocs, but you may not sell them. This rule applies until you've commissioned new art for the character or added a fully rendered piece yourself. The character will then have the value of the commissioned works or the art pieces you have added. You may sell them for the price that will add up to. Vouchers are ok as well, but please keep some proof that you can show me if I ask about it(don't fret, I'm quite unlikely to unless something seems suspicious).

*Like I said, it will be void of all value, but you may keep the value it used to have so it will be fair when you trade them for art or characters. Just make sure former value and current value are seperate.

- If you pull my leg with bidding/offering/buying, or ghost me, you will be blacklisted (private list). This rule is not to be mean, but to make sure you thoroughly think it through before getting a design from me. You can still purchase designs from me, but I will be wary of you.

- Do not approach me about custom designs or design trades if you're going to ghost me midway after I have said yes/ started. It genuinely makes me sad because I get very excited about it! If you need to back out please tell me, I will be understanding whatever the reason may be. If you have ghosted me before please don't be scared to or hesitate to approach me about it, I will forgive you (as I would like to be forgiven myself if I make this mistake).

- Please tell me if you need to back out of a character trade, better late than never! A character trade is nothing personal, so don't be afraid to let me know you've lost interest. Other people might be interested in the design you gave up on, so I need to know if I can put it back up for offers or not.

- I will never revoke a design. However, if I find you breaking my t.o.s. you will be privately blacklisted at first, and if you break them several times you will be publicly and permanently blacklisted.

I do not mind people taking their time with owed art at all, but if you end up changing your mind on a character I've accepted to get art for please tell me!! ;; I want to know when people lose interest because then I can put the oc back up for offers. (I have one or two that's been pending for months and other that have been pending for weeks with no updates) I do not mind it taking months, but it'd be nice with updates so I'll know the person is still interested). thank you in advance!!!
