I have the right to refuse service for any reason 

Payment is due before I start working on your piece 

Refunds will not be given after the approved sketch 

You may not harass me *

You may not remove my signature for any reason 

You may not claim the art as your own 

Credit is to be give when necessary 

I will not work under a time limit unless previously discussed BEFORE I agree to do the work

I will not use your characters outside of what i'm given permission to do

I will provide updates and clear communication

Failure to follow my TOS will result in me no longer working with you and adding you to my private blacklist 

*harassment is continuous bothering after it's been communicated that it's too much, being rude repetitively, and other similar natures. This will result in a rush finish and immediate block. Quality is not promised if this happens. It will not be sloppy but it will not be rendered at the least.
