The Luna Commune (ルナコミューン Runa Komyūn) is a device in Spirit Charge Pretty Cure used by Oshidari Hazuki to transform into Shining Luna by shouting "Luna Revolution!".

The Shining Jewelry (シャイニングジュエリー Shainingu Juerī) is a small crystal used by Oshidari Hazuki to transform into Shining Luna by placing the item on to the Luna Commune.

The Luna Commune looks similar to a small phone. The front of the commune is white while the back is purple. It has a moon symbol on which the Shining Jewelry has to be placed in order to be active and under the moon symbol is a small screen.

The Luna Commune's primary usage is to grant Hazuki the power to transform into Shining Luna. The Luna Commune activates after placing the Shining Jewelry into the commune. The screen lights up and gives a light purple glow as Hazuki can transform by shouting "Luna Revolution!".
