What happens to an MMORPG after it dies? Usually the game will simply just shut down... but not with Equinox Online. After a strange bug in the system lead to a bunch of the computer controlled characters gaining sentience, the developers have decided to keep the game alive and running in hope of eventually fixing it.
Following a rag-tag group of adventurers as they travel around and meet other former NPCs, the secrets of the world and the origin of its corruption may just become known.
