The location of note is... The Selcouth School of Gramary 
An ancient college of the magic arts and the stories of the professors and students there. Teaches witchcraft, astrology, divination, potion mixing, magia and goetic magic, and many more occult sciences!
The school is on a cliffside beside an equally magical town, full of portals to distant lands. For this reason, it is not unusual for characters here to appear in other stories.
