Dragons have lived within the lands of Lenaira for as long as the world has existed. They are the original keepers of the lands, the seas, the skies and storms, and all that lives within them. Humans came long after, and for a time they lived in peace, but humankind is always growing and needing more. More they did indeed come to desire.

One young woman may be the only person brave enough to stop a war that would fundamentally change Lenaira before it ever starts, or the one who decides to plunge the blade into the dragon prince's heart.
