TOS for Adopts 

Purchasing
-You can pm me or comment on post for adopts. (Either PM this account or KeoHimori)
-After confirming the purchase claim I will pm you for paypal information and send you an invoice.
-I only accept USD
-Payment is expected up front
-If payment isnt received after 48 hrs after agreement upon purchase claim the adopt will be put back up for sale.
-After monies are received you will receive a full resolution file of adopt, along with any extra pieces that may be included on certain adopts. (This mainly refers to patterns created for clothing.)

Reselling/Trading/Gifting
-Reselling is fine as long as it does not exceed the original sale price, unless extra art has been added to the adopt. (I consider personal art extra art.)
-Trading is fine.
-Gifting is also fine!

Ownership
-Once you buy the adopt, its yours to do with as you please. Go nuts lol
-Do not claim that you have created the design.
-Credit me for design when necessary (You don't have to link to me for every piece of artwork but if someone asks who designed the adopt or wherever you store your characters credit me <3)

Editing
-Redesigns, alterations (major and minor) are absolutely ok!
