Write/draw to adopts are judged based on quality over quantity! You do not have to be the most skilled artist or writer to enter for these. Overall, I want them to go to a good home and I will state specific requirements in character bios. Some DTAs will have the option for design to adopt, meaning the character was left unfinished and never had a solid reference. You're still free to draw them as they are in concept, but those willing to make reference have a higher chance of earning the character because they dedicated time!
You may write or draw for any characters.
For DTA, write a claim comment so I can hold the character for you. Holds last for 2-3 weeks, and I am willing to give extensions.
