Terms of Service

1. Follow all CS TOS
2. Have payment ready! 
   1. I accept USD and C$
   2. Paypal only [for usd]
   3. It is to be sent before I start working on commissions/customs. I will accept the payment when I am finished and everything is to your liking. 
   4. Depending on the severity of changes, payment might be added to the total cost. 
   5. For USD/other payment must be discussed over Discord. 
3. IF a design was done to you for free, you cannot sell it for any monetary value. If you add art to it, you cannot add any monetary value to the base design. 
   1. Ex; You got a design from me for free, you cannot sell it for ANYTHING. But if you got art for it for $25, the sell price of that design is $25. 
   2. If the design was made for a closed species (ex: chicoons, plate dragons, cyx, etc;) you are not to sell it to anyone outside of Chicken Smoothie, or that community. If you do, I will find out. 
4. For any reason, I have the right to decline any and every request, even if it is a change in the design or request. 
   1. If there is any argument/rebuttal during the design process about this, I will cancel the commission/custom as a whole, refund you and send you off to another artist. I will not tolerate whining/complaining or any sort of negative behavior from anyone, friend or not. 
5. You are not to de-chicoonify/cyx’ify my designs, without my explicit permission. 
   1. My cyx designs are NOT to be transferred out of the species, due to the cyx rules stated on the Cyx Main Adopt Thread. 
   2. You are also not allowed to re-design any of my designs unless you ask permission- or allow me to do it. 
6. You must credit me on Toyhouse at StitchesRoyale or WitheredFox on Flight Rising when taking any form of art of mine outside of CS.  
   1. By all means, you MUST have a Toyhouse. 
7. Forgery of any screenshots- whether that be photoshopped or fabricated will not be taken lightly and will conclude into an immediate block/blacklist from me. 
   1. By all means, I have the right to revoke any of the designs that I have created for you with the help of the mods to establish a proper and clean transfer. 
8. Do NOT flip my designs, AKA, do not SELL THEM for MORE from when you bought them. Thank you.
