The Keep is a group of refugees of Dogs after the explosion to hide away from Wolves, Coyotes or even foxes who are roaming around or from The Culling, the whole base name is The Sanctum, they take in stray dogs. The group lives high up in the alps, and have a tunnel system to hide away and to travel around. Dogs who get trained are called Juveniles, they get to pick what they want to be, they can follow a Forager and see if it fits them, unlike the other packs they don't have a high rank system,
