Anomalies

Story

A young alien loses her brother in the crossfire of an interplanetary war. This disrupts her entire peaceful, ideal way of life and thrusts her into an ever-more chaotic adventure of trying to escape being captured and killed herself, finding a way to end the war, and dealing with her own painful loss.

In the process, she ends up meeting a much older, much larger alien who happens to be the last of his kind. Together they navigate the dumpster fire their world has become, keeping each other safe and sound. In a surprising turn of events, they also end up stumbling on an ancient relic, which may serve to aid in their journey. Neither friend knows where their path will lead them, and whether or not the war will end at all. All they know for certain is that they have each other, and for now, that's enough.
