Brief TOS — 

By purchasing a commission from me, you agree to the following: 

Your ref sheet will be SFW.

You will properly credit me as the artist/design creator (if you purchase one of my designs), anywhere the art is posted.

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will you claim or advertise the art as your own.

You will not use my art for commercial profit (selling t-shirts or stickers with my art, etc).

You may only request minor edits/corrections beyond the sketch stage.

You will pay the invoice prior to receiving the finished work (I will not complete any further than a sketch prior to receiving payment).

You will not request or receive a refund after receiving the finished work (no exceptions).

You will not attempt to haggle or dispute my prices — if I charge you the upper range of my displayed pricing, it is because of the complexity of the character (regardless of whether or not you think the character counts as complex; I decide that).

After I receive payment, you can expect one or two updates, if I do not finish the work in the same week as the payment.

Be patient, please, I do have classes and a family. Feel free to ask for a time estimate but do not message me every day until completion.
