This story follows Capricorn and their rise to the top when the Ote revolt against the Urgo who had been ruling over them for centuries. They find out however that leading comes with some tough decisions, and that some sacrifices must be made for the greater good. It later shifts to in the future. Cupid, a young feline studying under Capricorn finds out a scheme to overthrow the celestial government is brewing. It's up to her and her companion Akihiro to put an end to this treason and save their home from completely collapsing.
