Oak / Icey Street
A normal neighborhood by day, but something odd comes over the place at night. The temperatures drop, snow falls and nobody is allowed to leave their home once the sun goes down. This all fades by morning, the build up of snow immediately melts with the warmth of the sun, and everything returns to normal.
Some have reported hearing the wailing of a woman deep into the night from the streets. Nobody has been brave enough to investigate yet.
