I think I should do this to let people better understand what I want.

Like I said before, I'd be better off selling my characters than getting arts and getting new characters. But that doesn't mean I won't accept arts or characters. So here are the ones I feel perfect and the ones I don't,

With arts:

- If offering arts, I'm mainly looking for people who can draw humaniod well, especially demons. Or can draw monsters, mecha or armor well. Since most of my ocs are male and non-binary I hope you can draw male.

I have furry ocs but I don't really want to find paintings for them, but if you want to try it, you can offer it. Most of my characters are more monster oriented than pure furry.

With design:

- There are these I really like:

+ Male, Non-binary characters or Genderfluids, 

+ Humaniod characters, especially demons.

+ Characters with pirate or treasure hunter theme

+ Alien/monster stuff

+ Mecha, especially complex mechanical mechas like Gundam or Digimon

+ Some fandom OCs such as Digimon (plus points for characters that have mega evolved into mecha or wear armor) Homestuck (mostly trolls) and Pokemon (not very interesting but I can take a look)

+ Dragons, lizards, bugs of all kinds

+ The design is a bit horror or spycho, dark design

+ Humaniod characters have 1 more monster form.

+ Fangs

+ Many body parts such as many eyes, many hands, many tails...

+ Design not too much detail (I will be lazy to draw)

With Closed Species

- I have left most of the CS species, the only species I still have affection for is the SnapTrap.

And like I said, all of my characters are open for offers, except for Mascot Guy. So feel free to offer if you want. With some CS there will probably be a cool down so I may turn you down. I will probably update more characters in the future.

- Just let you know, almost all of my characters in 🚫 Folder Never For Sale 🚫 is open for offer (except Mascot lol please dont offer them). I'm still trying to sell my characters, I still love them but I just don't know what to use them for my project anymore, they don't fit the world of my project. Most of the time I just take money offers, because I don't want to get more characters and then I don't use them and then throw them in a corner, which makes me uncomfortable. 

Maybe the only character i accept trades for is Snap Trap (closed species), I still like them even though I don't know where to put them in my world xD Maybe just for fun. 

I prefer humaniod designs, especially demons so if you have one you can try to offer me, I'm picky but I'll take a look. I don't really care for anthro, though if the design is nice I might think again. I picky because I want the character to be able to fit into my world because I want to develop my project into a game. I am trying to study so that I can make my dream come true.

I put them in the 🚫 Folder Never For Sale 🚫 because now I still have feelings for them and still want to spend some time with them. But of course you can still offer, I might refuse if I'm not interested in selling them now.

For Adopt you buy from me

- Payment (in USD) by Paypal

- No Refunds after purchases.

- Keep the credit, don't take it as your design. All images drawn for the character must be credited by the rightful artist.

- Only ask to buy or bid auction when you really want to buy and do not withdraw, that avoids wasting both parties' time.

- If you need hold or need more time to get enough money just let me know and i will give you time. I won't bite you, just don't "seen" me.

- If you ask to buy my adopt but there is a legitimate reason why you can't buy anymore, please let me know. Just don't say excuses like "I'm not interested anymore" when you asked to buy it a few minutes ago.

- You can be resold, traded or gift to others my design.

- You can resell for a higher price than the original price you bought from me. But you should limit yourself a bit, I can't stop you from doing this and I know everyone needs money in an emergency.

- You can resell plus commission and your own paintings (your paintings also have value too)

- If you get my design through free raffle or as a gift, you can sell (or trade) it back to others when you really need the money.

- You can change the design a bit if you want. But don't change too much, I will be sad because I also like my design too :(

- You can change the gender, detail, info or give them story after after you bought adopt from me.

- You can use my design for whatever you want, like for games, for roleplay,...

- You can create other versions of my designs, like humaniod version, monster version... and you can do NSFW for them too, I dont mind that

NEW RULE - COMMERCIAL USE* - Edit on January 1, 2024

 
 - Purchases require an extra flat fee for commercial use if you wish to profit off of the design. The price will be x3 of the purchased adoption price. For example, with a $50 design, the price will be x3 and add another $150, so in total you will have to pay $200 to me ($50 original value and $150 commercial fee). Please contact me if you wish to pay the extra fee, and I will update your character's permissions under the ownership section. 

However, if you are part of a large corporation, for example, an established video game company, I require royalties of 10-20% of future sales. (This does not apply to small creators/indie artists.)

NEW RULE - Added on February 28th, 2022

- You cannot use my arts for commercial use, like merch or game making. If you want to do commercial from my design, you can draw new pictures to make merch for sale.

- If you want to use my arts commercially, you can contact me to discuss further. Or you can use my paintings in commercial if you order commission from me and have discussed with me in advance.

- If you want to buy the character's copyrights to get 100% full rights of that character, please DM to negotiate with me. But usually the price will not be cheap.

- You can edit my adopt artworks, but please always keep the original images, and give full credit.

- If you purchase my designs in Closed Species, you must comply with the T.O.S of those Closed Species.

- I accept Payment Plans, as long as you pay me 1/3 or 1/4 of the first payment. I will keep and only transfer the design to you when I receive the full amount.

- You can reference my designs, but don't copy the same or steal it.

- Don't use any of my pictures or designs for NFT or sell for NFT. I dont support NFT.

This time was a bit flawed (maybe it's because I wrote the rules a bit confusing, but the comment is necessary so that I can give the number of people ;;; I can't control it all if people just fav without comment) but I was really happy, my friend and I plan to open more free raffles like this in the future so we hope everyone will support us. I also think that opening free characters like this makes us less stressed and I also like to give gifts to people from time to time.

Okay, new years new me so I think I should limit what I want down to. I don't have too much time to play species like before, and I get stress easily if I have too many characters without using them.
