If I give you something for free, you cannot put it up for any form of offers. I will message you concerning this if I catch you trying to get offers.

Only way a freebie can go up for offers is if you have received art from others, then you are able to offer for trade

Failure to respond or still have the character up for offers and say that you won't take them off the offer list, It will result in never getting a character from me ever again and will result in a block.
