Characters tagged freebie are **not** outright free, you can take one if you trade/pay for another character in this folder OR you can ask really niceys but dont just comment "can I claim" bc no. This is to stop character hoarders from auto claiming them.

I'll be more picky about characters with a lot of art since they're more important to me and there was a lot of effort put into them

Mostly looking for art or usd. I don't like most character designs I'm offered and even if I did they tend to just sit around until I trade them away again. I'll still entertain trade offers just be warned
