An inherited genetic trait combined with a worldwide virus leads to people dying and coming back as reanimated corpses after death. The term coined for these people is "Stalkers". Stalkers are harmless, and often have differing personalities compared to when they were alive. A disturbing trait they exhibit is being able to attach animal limbs onto exposed wounds and rebuilding themselves.

Although, the virus also displays itself in animals, and the remaining parts of corpses will attach themselves to others, and create "sunset stalkers", amalgamations of multiple animal parts combined. Sunset stalkers display violent and aggressive behaviour, making them a danger to Stalkers and Humans.

This story follows a gang mixed with Human and Stalkers members who are trying to navigate through their dangerous world and killing any SS that gets in their way.
