why the fuck is this down here

any characters marked with a ⭐ means they're a starling (deceased cat), or a ⚡means that they're a ghost (also. a deceased cat)

starlings: cats that believe in starlings/this random cat heaven within the groups, cats that just aren't evil or haven't committed any crimes, or cats that live within the main groups (there have been some exceptions to characters that have become starlings)

ghosts: cats that either don't believe in starlings, have done smth bad enough to not become a starling, or just a cat that didn't live within the main groups (again there have been few exceptions)
