Felicity is a water-based city with canals and a focus on art and romance. The city is the home of a variety of feline saplings big and small.
The city values their tourism and traditions, making it so there's always a fun event going on for people to participate in. Flower shops are an important staple to the city because of it's meaning to relationships.
The majority of citizens worship the Goddess of Love.

「Cattail Square」

The center of the city, the museum is located here so it's decorated nicely with artpieces and a statue centerpiece featuring the Goddess of Love.
During festivals, Music is played and red ribbons are strung around the square to look like red thread of fate.

「Watercolor Museum」

An art museum, home to the works of great artists in history. Felicity as a whole finds art an important part of life, even outside of the museum there are beautiful statues and other pieces of arts decorating the city.

「The Catmint」

A cafe with romantic atmosphere, perfect for dates! Decorated with roses, and serving cutesy pastries and coffee art.
The workers there are friendly and somewhat nosy and talkative, however they make up for it by giving free treats.
Cake is a highly appreciated baker at The Catmint, make sure to try his cookies, and don't mind the pet ducks that follow him around!
The cafe tends to hire those experiencing hard times, and helps out others in need, building quite the supportive community.

「Potpurri Fair」

An all-year round fair with shops and minigames. This strip of shops and activities is where most come to sell their merchandise, much like a farmer's market but with regular events.
It is located along the shore, so there's benches facing sunsets and beach restaurants.

「9 Lives with you」

One of the higher quality flower shops in Felicity, it sells variety of flowers including live and dried. They also offer the ring sculpting service that is in high demand for weddings.
They sell flowers for platonic situations as well, which is a rare find in most flower shops.
The downside is that they are busy, and have reservations made far in advance for their dried flowers and sculpting.

「Romance Traditions」

Flowers and dried flowers are the most important piece of Felicity.
Lovers will give dried flowers as a proposal of marriage to symbolize the frailty of life and eternity of love.
Bachelors and Bachelorettes will commonly wear flowers in their hair to signify that they are single and have flowers to give away.
Flowers are gifted to ask another on a date, and once in a relationship the sweethearts will change their hairclips to a different accessory. (necklaces, earrings)
Spouses will wear rings that have the two entwined flowers of theirs sculpted onto it instead of the regular gemstones you see elsewhere.
All of the flowers must have significant meaning to the holder, since it shows that the one courting goes through the effort of learning about their sweetheart.
On a heartbreaking note, when one dies, their lover and family encase their flower within glass, and bury it with them.
In terms of breaking up or divorce, the flowers given are burned or destroyed in some way.
