Juxipia

Coastal port city-state that runs on a system of checks and balances; five member city council called The Hand of Juxipia, each member representing a digit of a hand. The mayor is the figure head and helps do relations with alliances and trades. Also helps make sure everything runs smoothly as possible.

Defense is layered by rangers, wall guards and militia on the outer areas of the city. 

Knight-Guards for port and city. 

Elite Guards for mayor's and council's buildings.

Districts are divided into:

-Shanty District

-Educational District

-Leadership/Nobility District

-Agricultural/Nature District

-Home District

-Shopping/Market District

Economy is based around fishing, trade and sea monster hunting.
