Zane Cabella, college dropout, rebel, and general menace, is desperately trying to reconnect with the family that shunned him out so many years ago. Looking for an old book him and his sister wrote as kids, Zane finds himself being sucked into the words and is transported into the world of Melkona; trapped in Bastine with no way out. Enlisting the help of various citizens of this strange world, Zane is trying to find a way home while also discovering powers within himself he never knew of before.

A story that originally began when I was in 6/7th grade and has evolved much much more since then! All of the characters were originally based off my group of internet friends (evolved past that), and serves as a marker of our friendship! The story now also has a place in Bastine/The MelkonaVerse (mine and my IRLs DND world).
