Undercity, a city located somewhere in someplace, at heart of this city, lay a landfill. Once in awhile, something or someone will fall from above. Those who come here remembers nothing about their past...

Gradually as time went on, the city went from a few native citizens to a bustling city. Despite the city's peaceful nature, sometime nasty creatures will influtrate the city from beyond the walls, and cause all sorts of trouble. Eventually, a management team was set up by the "mayor" of the city. The management team usually manages things like city cleanup, general city news, and keeping count of citizens.

The story focuses on a new Undercity Management employee and new citizen Oliver, our favorite general employee person as he navigate life in this weird but bustling city
