Working on something a little different this time, horizontal scrolling code

It's my birthday today!! I may make a really simple code for this but I'm not sure if I'll have time for it

made some profile/character css for fun, it still needs some working since I haven't been able to change some things yet but I'm pretty proud of it for now, probably not going to release it since idk how to do the import thingy yet

Might change my username to sillybingus but I'm not sure if that's a good idea, I have a spare account to name clowniicat too so my old codes will link back to me anyway

Gvhdweguvecd I love the outfit carousel thingy, not sure if to make all the palette thingies equal size so they fill the box but I probably will, also fixed the tab buttons since they didn't work well before

Really happy with this for now, it's more of an extensive code instead of my normal ones

Since most of the times I don't have any stories for my OCs and I dont like when people just write "I dont have a story for them" in the story box, I might make a version without the story tab so less experienced people dont have to figure out how to remove it, but I'm lazy so idk
