ADOPTABLES!

By adopting from me you agree to follow my terms of service! 

If you have ANY questions or doubts about this ToS, or about what you can/cannot do with my designs, please ask so BEFORE purchasing. I will never be annoyed about answering questions regarding my adoptables.

- You can use/draw a design only after purchasing it, which is a bit self explanatory, but it should be said!

- You can draw your bought design in any way you wish, as long as it is not used for hateful depictions, such as real life racism/homophobia and bigotry in general. Within stories, you are free to do as you wish (I understand that the views of characters specifically written to be evil do not reflect the views of the owners.) 

- Please do not use characters I have designed in a commercial setting, unless discussed and agreed upon beforehand. There may be additional fees if you wish to use my designs for non-personal use.

- You may edit a design upon purchasing any way you see fit, as long as it does not violate my rules against bigotry.

- Unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds.

- Adoptables come on a first come, first serve basis, until a week has passed. At this point you may ask to put a character on hold. You can put a character on hold for 3 days.

- Please do not make offers on characters that are not in this folder. Additionally, please do not make offers on characters with the “Pending” tag.

- All purchases must be made through PayPal. I'm Australian, but all all listings/payments should be in USD. 

- Gifting, trading and re-selling of designs you have purchased is allowed. Reselling must not be at a higher price than what was paid for it in the beginning, unless extra art is present. Please inform me if you have changed the ownership of one of my designs.
