Set in 2657 and arguably post-post-apocalyptic. General 80's/90's aesthetic but I keep forgetting that and doing whatever.

Cidalha is an artificial island city, built after massive flooding made a whole lot of land uninhabitable. It used to be in regular contact with the mainland, but since 8 years before the start of the story, no-one can make contact anymore.

Features a "rich get richer and poor get poorer" system with all the sense and subtlety of a preschooler's educational show.
