The Citizens of Pendulum. A massive forest ecosystem spanning a variety of latitudes allows the biomes of Pendulum to be curiously diverse. Both temperate deciduous forests and tropical rainforests are under the overall landmark that is Pendulum. It's a sleepy region that one could get lost in, metaphorically and physically, and one where many individuals go to to start new, private lives. They have no overarching government - communities are often isolated and protect and care for one another.
