Prices can be bargained on some characters. Once the character is transfered to your account, after payment, you can do whatever you like with them; change colors, change parts of the outfit. They are yours. I might follow your account as well to see what my bbys became! Also, if credits are shown on their page, please give credit to the original designers :)
