*gifting does not have a cooldown, but if you intend on getting a design for someone asap, id rather you tell me upon claiming who to send them to! 

(loopholing the gifting cooldown for upsell/uptrading will result in an immediate blacklist)

**free requests/one sketch alone/etc. will not count! this can vary case-by-case
