Facets of The Heart

We begin in a murder mystery set in the (rumored) supernatural City of Winthrough.
The beginning of the citys troubles started long before its story was written. But when an amnesiac appears on their shores, things start to turn twords the worst when a series of murders and disappearances occur.
Officially beginning with the murdered nephew of the citys most prestigious doctor.
The story follows the amnesiacs journey to adapting to the strange culture surrounding the city under the protection and mentorship of the prolific Detective, David Faust.

In another universe,  another story takes place as well.

Julien was eager to start their new life after finally leaving a toxic home. But after attempting to help a stranger on the street, he is suddenly afflicted with an unknown power and manages to get himself killed, reviving on an entirely different earth.
They would come to find out that their power is somewhat of a blessing, but mostly a curse.

The more they master it, the more dangerous their life becomes.
The thing he wants more than anything, is the ability to protect the people he comes to love on this long journey of self discovery.

Both stories come together in a third and final book, where personified ideals battle against each other to determine the fate of life moving forward.
