little life update, i had my first shift at work yesterday ^.^ im very happy atm
little art update, i've gotten a lot of commissions over the past two weeks which im very grateful for, however these being my priority means trades have been delayed quite a bit and i really apologise to anyone waiting on one! theyll be done by the end of the month i promise ;-;

Once you have ordered a commission or bought a design from me, you are automatically assumed to have read and fully understood each term by which you and I should abide while working with each other. If any of these terms are broken I reserve the right to cancel an order (with or without refunds depends on the case in which the terms are broken) and refuse to work with, or even blacklist a client.
These Terms of Service are effective as of the 5th of August 2023 [05/08/2023], any commissions ordered before this date shall comply with the TOS provided to you prior to this date, and are not required to comply with the TOS outlined below.

I will accept commissions that request me to draw the following:
1. Humans, humanoids, anthro and feral characters of any gender, race, body type or species*.
1.1 Closed species will be determined at the time of request, as I may be unfamiliar or uncomfortable drawing certain ones*.
1.2 Please note I mainly specialise in humanoid, canine, feline, bear and bunny type characters, so please keep this in mind if you want to commission me to draw anything you haven't seen me post before (such as Dragons, Reptiles, Avians etc.)
2. Artistic nudity, as long as the customer is 18 years of age or older and is able to provide proof of age via ID check. The main exception to this age requirement is 'Barbie Doll' nudity, which will be featured in all customs and original designs.
3. Kinsonas and fanart. (Any exceptions to which fandoms I will draw for can be found in Section 1.2.)
4. Any level of gore. (Any moderate-extreme gore will require the customer to be 18+ and will have to provide proof of age via ID check.)
4.1 I will only do this for original characters and kinsonas (ie. no characters from existing media).
4.2 Mild gore includes blood, bruising, simple body-horror, superficial wounds (eg. scrapes) and does not require proof of age.
4.3 I will only draw gore for commissions that are of characters which are, and have the appearance of being, 18 years of age or older. If they aren't humanoid they must be the equivalent of an 18+ year old in their physical, mental and emotional development.
5. Sexual content, as long as the customer is 18 years of age or older and is able to provide proof of age via ID check. Characters must be human, humanoid or anthro (No ferals. If you request this from me you will be instantly blacklisted.) and be in actual age, appearance and mental capacity, over the age of 18 years old.
6. Any relationships of any sexuality, including but not limited to:
6.1 Male x Male *
6.2 Female x Female *
6.3 Female x Male *
6.4 OC x OC
6.5 Poly Relationships
* All of the above include non-binary characters.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission that requests the inclusion of any of the following, even if the rest of it complies with the terms outlined in Section 1.1, and you run the risk of being blacklisted depending on what part of the following you request from me:
1. Anything that includes any immoral or illegal content:
1.1 Paedophilia (Including but not limited to, loli/shota characters, DDLG, babyfurs)
1.2 Incest (Including but not limited to, sexualised/romantic adoptive/step/biological family relationships)
1.3 Beastiality (Including but not limited to, sexualised feral characters)
1.4 Depictions of bigotry or bigoted characters/designs (Including but not limited to, racism, xenophobia, transphobia, antisemitism, incels, fatphobia, misogyny, islamophobia, homophobia, nazi characters or any design that resembles this, fetishized versions of LGBT people and characters sexualised purely because of their race/religion.)
Requesting ANY of the following from me will result in an immediate blacklist and, in some cases, a post warning other artists of you and your attempts to commission these forms of content.
2. Fanart or Kinsonas involving any of the following:
2.1 Anything vivziepop has worked on/is involved with. (Hazbin hotel, Helluvaboss etc.)
2.2 Danganronpa
2.3 Homestuck
2.4 Minecraft Youtubers (Especially Dream, the DSMP and anyone involved with him.)
2.5 More unlisted, but I have the right to refuse a commission of any fandom without question or complaint from the potential customer.
3. Certain kinks/fetishes, such as vomit, scat etc. This is a case by case basis and so the client will have to ask me if I'm comfortable drawing any specific thing before I agree to do so. Please bare in mind, if any kink/fetish requested is based in anything illegal or anything listed in subsection 1.2.1, there is a possibility I may blacklist you.
1. I reserve the right to refuse a commission request with or without explanation.
2. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission, or even block or blacklist, any client who breaks the terms outlined here.
3. I typically work on a first come, first served basis. If you rush me or pressure me into moving you up my queue there is a chance I may cancel your commission and if it's extreme enough I will warn other artists of the way you behave as a client.
3.1 If you need the art completed by a certain deadline and my queue is quite long, I am able to negotiate a priority fee at the customers request only, I do not advertise this but it is available for those who ask.
3.2 You are free to ask me about the progress of your commission whenever you'd like.
4. If a client is behaving inappropriately towards me, or I suspect a client is lying about their age in the event of an NSFW/Gore commission being ordered, then I reserve the right to cancel without a refund, and will blacklist said client instantly.
1. All clients are permitted to make minor edits to my commission, on their own time, after it has been delivered to them.
2. Clients may not claim my work as their own, even if they have made edits to it.
3. All commissions can be reuploaded/used for non-commercial purposes, but credit to me as the artist is required, as I do not watermark completed commissions.
4. If a client would like to use my work for commercial purposes, this must be told to me, the artist, and we can negotiate an extra licensing fee to allow the client to use it for this reason.
4.1 My work must NOT be used for NFTs, AI data farming etc. 'Commercial purposes' refers solely to using my work to promote any product, service or business the client provides on their own time in order to make money.
5. If you left a tip, you are permitted to count this towards your characters worth along with the base payment for the design/image. For example, if you bought a commission from me for $10, and left a $5 tip, I allow you to count this as $15 towards your characters total worth.
1. Any character or design created by me may not be used for the following:

2. Designs and characters may only be resold for their original worth, for example: if the character was received through a design trade/gift it's worth is $0 + the price of art obtained from other artists + the price of any personal art.
3. Editing my designs is permitted, but you are not allowed to claim to be the designer if you edit it. In cases of extreme redesign please contact me to discuss changing the designer/creator credits.
3.2 You must not make edits that relate to the following: Whitewashing (lightening a character's skin or removing any non-white features), making a fat character skinny purely for aesthetic purpose, removing any disabilities or disability aids from a character in order to make them able bodied.
3.3 Making closed/open species versions of my designs is allowed.
4. My designs can be used for non-commercial purposes.
5. In the case a client wants to use a design from me for commercial purposes, I must be contacted in order to negotiate a licensing fee. I will refuse this if you want to use the design for NFTs, or any other type of crypto, or AI data farming.
6. Once the design has been bought from me I am no longer associated with whatever content is made by the new owner. All characters belong to their respective owner(s).
1. Any of my designs may be retraded, even if they were originally received as a gift from me.
2. Characters with a base worth of $0 may NOT be traded for anything other than art, or other characters, unless there is art of the character which increases it's worth. Asking for money for a character with no worth is absolutely not permitted.
3. Please settle any trade/ownership disputes between yourselves, once I have traded/sold my designs they belong to the owner, not me.
1. TAT (Turnaround time) can vary from anywhere between 2 days and 5 months and is always subject to change, however as a rule of thumb expect your commission to be completed after an average of four to eight weeks. If it hasn't been completed at this point the client is able to request a 100% refund with no dispute.
1.1 Art trades have no set TAT, but should be completed within at least 2 months of the agreement date. It is usually shorter (around 2 weeks) but it can increase depending on the amount of commissions I have to complete.
2. Art will be digital. No physical copies will be made by me. The client is permitted to print the art themselves if they'd like.
3. All commissions will be completed in the styles shown on my commission information carrd, trades will be more experimental.
4. The commission will come in png. format (or .gif for animated commissions), and will be sized from 1000-3500px (My canvas size on average is around 2000px) it will also be at 300dpi.
5. Completed commissions will usually be sent to you via a google drive link to the full quality image. I can also deliver it through discord, email or upload directly to Toyhouse at the client's request.
6. I will ask the client if they're comfortable with me uploading their commission (a watermarked version, stating that the art is a commission and who the character(s) belong to) on to my social media. They will also have the option to remain anonymous if they'd like.
7. I will ask multiple times if there's anything you'd like to be changed/added/removed or if there's anything important i've missed, and please please please do not hesitate to let me know, even if you said no the last time asked, or if you think of anything later. You are paying me for this art and you're allowed to ask for any changes, do not think it'd annoy or offend me for you to ask this of me. I'm here to make your experience with my services as easy as possible.
7 - PAYMENT AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
1. Payment is to be made upfront for any single commission that costs less than £30 (Not including the combined cost of multiple drawings if that's what the client has requested of me, or tips). For any commissions more expensive than this I will send a sketch to the client and once this has been confirmed and authorized, payment shall be required in order for me to continue with the commission.
2. Payment is to be made in £GBP for commissions, and $USD for character sales (Excluding customs, these fall under the Commission umbrella).
3. Payment plans are only available to orders that have a total of £100+, and %40 must be paid upfront. Length of payment plans are to be negotiated at the time of request depending on the total cost of the design/commission.
4. Please bare in mind that contacting me directly to pay through paypal is my preferred method currently, but it's only a slight preference over ko-fi. This is because it allows me to ask more about what you'd like to commission before payment rather than the other way around.
5. I do not offer holds for commissions, but I do for existing characters that I'm selling.
6. In some cases I do accept dA points, but this is only reserved for clients who are unable to own a paypal account.
7. Tips are always appreciated, but they're not necessary at all.
During the process of completing the commission, I shall send 2+ progress pictures (WIPS) to the client. Before these WIPs have been sent a 100% refund is available. The first WIP will be of the initial sketch, and the second WIP will be of the initial line art. Once the line art WIP has been approved by the client, refunds are no longer available at all.
If you'd like to request a refund, please contact me and I will send you the money. Do NOT request the refund through paypal without informing me, as this puts my funds on hold and damages my reputation as a PayPal seller and can ultimately lead to my account being closed.
9 - EXTRA COMMISSION INFORMATION
If the commission is ordered through Ko-Fi:
1. My Ko-Fi page will have my TOS linked in it's bio. Once you've submitted your order, the Ko-Fi purchase message will inform you of what to do. You will be asked to provide any reference images, character links or mood boards (if applicable) and to clarify any extra details, such as props, important details not included on references yet, clothing preferences, pose preferences, expressions that you'd like included in your commission. It will also show you a link to this page to double check that you've read my TOS. I may message you through Ko-Fi regarding your commission if there is no obvious way linked to contact you otherwise.
If the commission is ordered through direct contact with me and then paypal (preferred method):
2. I will ask you to send me any references before I ask for payment, this is to ensure I am comfortable with the character you'd like me to draw. I will then link you to this page to ensure you've been shown my TOS, and I'll also ask you if you'd like any extra details to be included, such as props, important details not included on references yet, clothing preferences, pose preferences, expressions. I will then ask for your paypal email so i can send you an invoice for payment (using invoices means that you do not have to worry about paying and fees), and request that you've read my TOS again to ensure there is less chance of a breach of the above terms.
3. In the case the art is bought during an advertisement of 'emergency commissions', payment will be through paypal's Friends and Family option. I understand this isn't optional for most, but the point of emergency commissions is to help me pay my rent, and if the payment isn't done through FnF then the money is set to pending for a few weeks, which isn't the best for me as I'd need the money as soon as possible for my rent payments. Customers can opt out of this if they really want, and send the money through Goods and Services, but please keep in mind FnF is preferred ONLY in this situation. All refund policies remain exactly the same.

im sat waiting for my apple pencik to get here im kicking my legs im so boreed the delivery has been delayed by over an hour now HURRYYYY

i have to wait until the 3rd for my new one to be delivered, art will still go ahead though i dont need pressure sensitivity for chibis luckily and ive spent a lot of time using my fingers to draw on ipads But still... SO ANNOYING
haiiii im back home!! so all owed art is officially back on track apologies for the delays ;-; everything should be done within the next few weeks ^3^
haiii currently in ireland for a cousins birthday and its difficult to find time to draw when im surrounded by people constantly (i prefer to draw when im alone i get Shy) so owed art and designs for trades will probably be posted on monday rather than this weekend unless i can find the time for myself ^~^ sorry for those who are waiting
(commissions are unaffected by this ive planned time out to work on those!!)
Does anyoje have any procreate brush recommendations ;-; idm if its a default brush or a downloaded one i just need new stuff (I cant rely on technical pen and the dry ink pen forever)
