furverse

my furry universe, these characters live in the same world and many of them know and have interacted with each other at some point. while i still need to redesign many of them, they will all have a place and eventual purpose if i dont give them away.

In my Furverse there's equal access to resources for everyone available, people don't have to worry about going hungry or alone. Towns and cities also typically function strongly by their communities and how they operate, paved by social progress as opposed to control or leadership. It's commonplace to see requests for aid posted up in a specified social hub for these areas, alongside part-time work opportunities and advertisements for local services & goods. Children are also given more autonomy and choice, making it easier for them to choose their caretakers, and advocate for themselves independently in situations of abuse.

While these are commonplace, situations still arise where people feel isolated by a lack of connection and firsthand understanding about their experiences. Some parents still move their children out to more reclusive areas, to condition them and raise them how they see fit. While yes, as stated, children have more autonomy in these situations, parents like this often make it emotionally difficult for their children to detach from them. The world is not perfect, even if there's much more freedom to be had.
