Residents for the Starfall Valley.
This is a sanctuary for asterlites with the ras halo, as they have been either shunned or outcasted by their communities.
Ras asters have been viewed as powerful creatures and there is a general fear among the world, afraid of them using their strange powers for selfish reasons or concerned that they may cause wanton destruction at will.
