🌻Please agree to this when buying my adopts!🌻
. Do not sell unless you have owned my character for 1-2 months. Do not buy my adopts just to resell at a higher price.
2. When reselling my character, do not resell at a higher price unless you have extra art along with it. This does not apply to raffles or freebies.
- You can only regift or retrade the design from a raffle or freebie.
- You cannot resell a freebie or raffle for money.
3. You can change the design as much as you like. If you completely revampted a design you are only permitted to partial credit.
4. Designs/adopts are non refundable.
- I also do not do payment plans and only upfront payment for a set price adopt.
5. If you plan to reupload the character on toyhouse for whatever reason, please credit me for the original design.
6. Adding new or your own rules to a design is not allowed.
7. In instances of failing or refusing to pay off a character, I retain the right to keep or put the design up for public sale. This includes not notifying me on your art offers/completion after 3 months.

☆ Once you bought the character, I will send you unwatermarked version of the design. Please credit me for the art. You are free to do whatever with the character! Though, further discussion must be held if you plan to use them for commercial purposes. You also get the transparent version 👏
☆ Backing out, not responding or anything else of the sort, can result in getting blacklisted.
☆ Feel free to tag me in art of them!
