Dreamworld (Mugen)

The Dreamworld is the land that stands between the realms of fantasy (Mugen) and the Waking World, connecting and ensuring a balance between the two.

 Humans may reject the existence of the dreams they create, but no matter what, they will never stop dreaming.

When a sleeping human dreams, something like a "pocket realm" is created within the Dreamworld, which holds that dream until the human has awoken. Entities such as Starlings which live within the overworld are capable of entering these pocket realms and influencing them. Certain mischievous beings will also enter the dreams to inflict nightmares.
