ADOPTABLES TERMS OF SERVICE

• GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Please be aware that you are purchasing a digital product, just the design or reference, no physical shipping included.
  • My designs have varying prices, Depending on the purpose it will cost more, Payment can be negotiated.
  • Once the design has been paid and completed, I do not do refunds.
• PAYMENT
  • I accept payment through PayPal, Payoneer, and Wise.
  • Local (Philippines) payment Gcash or Maya. Rates will be converted to PHP.
  • If paying by PayPal please provide your PayPal email address, so I can send an invoice, for the other payment methods I may need other details.
  • I will send you a confirmation when you can pay, the payment must be upfront and done within 48 hours from confirmation unless otherwise stated. If you do not pay within the time limit, the transaction will be cancelled. If you require more time for payment, please notify me.
  • Payment plans are allowed for purchases above $150 USD
    • 50% deposit of the total amount is needed and is non-refundable, while the remaining must be paid two months maximum.
    • Files will only be sent once payment has been settled.
    • You can always ask me about the payment plan for extensions or adjustments.
• COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
  • Commercial rights are for profit-related use; Art books/ Comics/ Merchandise/ etc. However, NFTs are strictly forbidden.  
  • Purchased commercial rights for a design are only bound for the current owner.
  • Once the design has been traded/resold, the commercial rights will be voided. The new owner must buy the commercial rights from me.
  • There are two types of commercial fees.
    • Character design: 2x of the original price. (The owner will have commercial rights to the character design only.) 
    • Character design + Artwork: 3x of the original price. (The owner will have the right to use the design and the illustration for commercial use.)
• COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
  • By default, all original designs are for personal use only. I retain the copyright and intellectual property of the design.
  • Please credit me for the design. If uploading on toyhou.se, please credit moon-gu as the designer.
  • Editing the adopt design is OK, but not the artwork. Feel free to ask me if you want to add or change anything to the design, depending on the change there might be additional costs.
  • I do not allow the use of my designs to turn into NFT or any kind of cryptocurrency.
