ADOPT TOS
- Payment is upfront in USD through PAYPAL INVOICE or CASHAPP
- Tax is already included/calculated into all my prices.
- If paying with PAYPAL, you must be 18 years or older and verified as to not violate PayPal policies. (Transactions with unverified accounts can risk your account being frozen/closed)
- Do not bid/offer what you don't have or can't afford, serious bids only. If there is an emergency, you can back out but please let me know.
- Please keep bids in a chain. If you comment outside of the chain, I will not count it.
- If payment / a response is not received within 48 hours, you will be notified, and the design will be put back up for sale.
- I can hold a design for up to a week. If a hold is needed, please let me know in your initial comment!
- Auctions end 2 days after the last bid or after being ABed. If you place a bid and the bid before you has already hit the 2-day mark, your bid will not count and the previous bidder will win, regardless if it's an AB or not.
DESIGN TOS
- You are allowed to edit the design, as well as make changes to my art of them, as long as it still resembles the original. (This does not include lightening the skin. Do not lighten the skin of any of my designs)
- Please contact me if you want commercial use on a character and we can discuss it together, along with pricing.
- Once a design has been traded/gifted, the price is forfeited and it cannot be sold anymore. Price can be built again with commissioned and personal art.
- Price inflation is not okay! DO NOT sell my designs for higher than what you bought them unless they have extra art.
- DO NOT use my designs or art for hate speech/imagery, N/FT or illegal content of ANYKIND - p/edophilia, racism, p/r*ship etc. This is an immediate blacklist.
- Co-Owning is okay, only one toyhouse for the design is allowed.
- When buying a collab design, if you erase credit from either designer, you will be warned.
Upon Breaking two of these rules, you will be blacklisted and will not be allowed to own or buy my designs.
Anyone I find giving or trading designs to someone who is blacklisted, they will be warned. If it continues, they also be blacklisted.
