DESIGN/ADOPTABLE TERMS
- The only rule attached to my character designs/adoptables is to credit me on future references.
- Payment plans will only be accepted if the total is $200 or greater.
This must be discussed before you send payment or I reserve the right to refuse. - After I send you a payment link or invoice, you have 48 hours to pay or the design will go back up for sale.
- Holds past 48 hours are for repeat customers and friends only. Future hold priviliges may be revoked if you ghost without payment or a heads up that you're no longer interested.
- If your payment goes through as an e-check, I will not transfer the character until the payment has cleared in full.
- NO REFUNDS. I do not do refunds on premade designs.
If you file a chargeback against my account after purchasing a design, you will be blacklisted from all future sales/commissions and you will forfeit all rights to the design.
If you get buyer's remorse, you are welcome to resell or trade the design.
Payment is in USD only. I accept PayPal, Square, and Venmo! Thank you.
