DESIGN/ADOPTABLE TERMS

The only rule attached to my character designs/adoptables is to credit me on future references.

INFO ON CLAIMING/PAYMENT

Payment plans will only be accepted if the total is $200 or greater.
This must be discussed before you send payment or I reserve the right to refuse.
After I send you a payment link or invoice, you have 48 hours to pay or the design will go back up for sale.
Holds past 48 hours are for repeat customers and friends only. Future hold priviliges may be revoked if you ghost without payment or a heads up that you're no longer interested.
If your payment goes through as an e-check, I will not transfer the character until the payment has cleared in full.
NO REFUNDS. I do not do refunds on premade designs.
If you file a chargeback against my account after purchasing a design, you will be blacklisted from all future sales/commissions and you will forfeit all rights to the design.
If you get buyer's remorse, you are welcome to resell or trade the design.
