Power concept was he can distort places to make them look like MC Escher paintings, but I may change it so that he can mess with peoples focal length and spatial awareness, making things just appear like mc Escher paintings~ 
Hero:
This is a chilly air boy who can redirect jetstreams and uses his suit to make his power combative, makes him like a human jet.
