Adopt rules:

No selling traded and freebies for money unless you add art, if you bought them from me you can sell them for what you paid or less without added art

No trading freebies unless added art, you can always trade OCs you bought/traded for

Gifting adopted OCs is fine

You can use the designs in whatever you want, as long as it isn't illegal and the art itself is drawn by you

Redesign them however you want
