Mind vs. Heart

"Everything sucks forever" is a pretty good way of summarizing whatever's going on here. Roughly half the plot is in The Aftermath, and the other half is in The Walking World. It follows two groups of people, one in each, as they grapple with the consequences of choices that may not have even been theirs.
