『 Terms of Service for my Adopts 』

General

➤ Do NOT copy my designs, I will block and blacklist you.

➤ The same applies if you heavily reference/trace them as well.

➤ I will use my designs for portfolios/promote my art. Don't worry I will not claim them as my ocs, and in fact state they're yours!

➤ The names/titles of the adopts are just for show, it's just my way of formatting things! So don't feel obligated to make the adopts personality based around it, do anything, go crazy! 

(ex: "Aloof Cake Baker" / "Personality + Occupation" )

➤ I do holds as long as you specify the time/date so I don’t risk getting ghosted and also being prepared ahead of time.

Ownership

➤ Please credit me as the owner of the design if you can!

➤ You have all rights to my design, feel free to use it for character profile sites and pfps!! As long as credit is where it's due, I do not care if you use it for commercial purposes.

➤ Using the character/design is fine for merchandise, however, if it's my own art I'd prefer to be contacted for a cut of the sales!

➤  Do NOT use my designs to spread harmful content and bigotry ! I will block and blacklist you if you do.

Reselling

➤ If you resell my adopt via purchase I’d prefer you not to charge more than the original price (I won’t do anything to stop you though,,,) unless there’s extra artwork TT

➤ If you received an adopt from me via raffle reselling is not allowed!!

Editing

➤ Feel free to make minor edits to my design!

➤ Example: Different Hairstyle/Length, Personality and Clothes.

➤ However, you may NOT lighten the skin color of my designs. I will not consider selling you my adopts again.

➤ I do not have set pronouns and genders for my Adopts so feel free to add what you wish!
