Rayna & Reina are both different identities of Rem. They seem to be the "angel vs demon" in Rem's head, and to some extent are both Rembrandt's OCs. 

Rayna lives in a sci-fi world and Reina in steampunk, but they can communicate and are close friends. Three of them can appear together but Rayna and Reina live in the more imaginative world. 

Rayna has bipolar and will switch to demon form (Ragna) when feeling threatened or when experiencing extreme emotions.
