General

• by commissioning me or buying my design you are agreeing with these rules, if you refuse to do so I will black list you.
• these rules will update as needed. updates will mostly be used to cover new trends, new platforms, changes in the sites I'm active on, or just making things easier to understand.

For Designs

• by buying any of my designs you agree with these rules; 
  • it must be stated somewhere where the character hosted that I am the creator of the design
  • if your hosting the design on here:  give me creator credit (my toyhouse is astrophilia), don't delete the design right after I transfer it or try anything else shady to try to get around my tos or crediting me.
• once you receive the design feel free to edit/change whatever you want about the design
• you can transfer my design into ARPG or the such under the condition that I am explicitly credited for the design and that you still follow my tos. 
• I strongly dislike character flipping, doing that will greatly reduce the chances of me working with you in the future... if I don't blacklist you all together! especially if you flipped a character you got for free.

Rehoming/reselling designs info:

• free designs: cannot be sold, can be traded
• traded or c4c designs : cannot be sold, can be traded
• designs bought w/ chicken smoothie pets: as of 2021, for pets follow this these design may only be resold for c$ or pets
• designs bought w/ c$: cannot be sold for more than you paid for them. as of 2021, the design must have full color finished looking art (aka. don't make a sketch or something super lazy just sell the design) before being able to resold in USD, at of rate of 20c$ for 1 USD.
• designs bought w/ da points: cannot be sold for more than what you paid for them. they can be sold at a rate of 100 points to 1 USD.
• any art, personal, gift or commission all count toward their worth
• I do allow exceptions to these selling rules if there are: major changes to the design, a lot of high quality art and/or there are circumstances in which you urgely need money. DM me about it here or on discord if this is the case. 
• please make the next owner aware of my tos

For Art:

• if you posting my artwork online you must credit me for the work. always credit my toyhouse 
• don't remove my signature from the final piece
• you may not use my art for commercial purposes i.e. making merch or selling prints
• I may post the piece on my insta or use it as an example. I will credit the designer and list the owner of said design
