There exists an organization of assassins, known as " Clockwork ". Every member is assigned a roman numeral for record purposes and to not disclose identities if said records are stolen. It is unknown if the leader of Clockwork is an assassin themself, and as such has a roman numeral, or if there is a higher power at work.

Shady detective agency, where rules can be bended for the truth. They've dealt with some mysteries of the Clockwork group, as well as dealt with the Con group.

Underground ring where people can meet and bet for money, or even join in the fights themselves. While not illegal in the slightest, its not exactly something you want to openly brag about being a part of.

A supposed group of conmen and women who regularly scam and ruin the lives of others. Said to function underneath a fake company, recruiting unsuspecting people into their schemes without any forewarning prior. Very few employees actually stay employed, so it's really a small group.
