Please read through the terms before purchasing an adopt!

General Rules
- I will not give refunds for adopts.
- If resold, you may not resell for higher than the original price, unless there is extra art.
- You may not use my designs for AI training, NFTs, or crypto related projects under any circumstances.
- Some changes to the designs are allowed- They should still be somewhat recognizable as the original design afterwards!
- Adopted designs are owned by the client, but not for commercial use. Commercial use incurs an additional, industry standard fee.
- If you are a minor and make/commission NSFW art of my designs, you will be immediately blocked and blacklisted.
Payment/Holds
- For adopts ≤$50, full payments are required.
- For adopts ≥$50, payment plans may be discussed. 25% of the price must be given up front, and the rest may be paid for over a period of 1 month.
- My hold period is 2 weeks- If payment is not sent before the hold period ends, the adopt will be relisted.
- Any payments will be made through Ko-fi and Paypal only.
Breaking these rules will result in you being blocked and blacklisted.
