Polvora

Polvora is the name of the planet this all takes place in. The world is ruled over by one person, some call him emperor or boss.

The closer to get to the capital, Hodiernus, the more technology you'll see. It is in the middle of an Industrial Revolution, but it has yet to reach the whole world. Places farthest away from the capital, like Tersus, look more like ancient civilizations. 

The world is currently on edge with mobians and their hybrids, due to mobians turning into monstrous creatures. This has been happening at random, and it's unknown who will be likely to turn next. When in truth someone is making this happen on purpose. 

The Rising is a somewhat rebellious group and a safe heaven for people, mostly for mobians and hybrids.
